Adrian is a high performance coach in sport and business.

As an athlete he was an international marathon runner who trained with, and learned from, some of the very best athletes and coaches in the world. For over 20 years Adrian has coached athletes of all standards to help them achieve their running goals. He is a licensed British Athletics Coach and has tutored fellow coaches on the England Athletics Local and National Coach Development Programmes and is now based in Zürich, Switzerland.

Adrian is passionate about learning so as well as delivering one to one coaching, group sessions and Flying Coach visits for clubs & companies, Adrian leads a series of acclaimed practical workshops for runners including the 'Marathon Masterclass' and 'Run like a Kenyan'.
